Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most popular footballers on the planet, and his fame has come from his greatness on the pitch. The Portuguese forward recently broke the barrier of having over 400 million followers on Instagram, becoming the first person to do so.
He has been the most followed person on Instagram for a long time now, but some might say he still hasn’t figured out his way around the app. The Manchester United star is famous for his Instagram live streams, where he interacts with his fans frequently.

Cristiano Ronaldo goes live on Instagram by accident
However, Ronaldo recently went live on Instagram by accident as over 700k fans were puzzled by it all. The Portuguese forward kept staring into the camera as he showed his sauna and back garden to the fans. He didn’t say anything at all throughout the stream.
Rio Ferdinand, Ronaldo’s Manchester United teammate from his first stint, asked the superstar what he was doing, to no avail. Ferdinand and Ronaldo played together for United from 2003 to 2009, winning everything that they could win in club football.
Fans were puzzled by the entire thing and were joking about it on Twitter.

Ronaldo’s son Cristiano Jr is a Manchester United player
Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, Ronaldo’s 11-year-old son, was unveiled as a Manchester United youth player as he was handed the number 7 shirt with Ronaldo on his back. He spent months playing for the club’s academy before signing his first contract.
The young star is following in his father’s footsteps as he had an amazing goal record for Juventus’s youth teams. It’ll be interesting to see if he can play at a similar level at United. His father has certainly been very prolific for his club and has kept his form at United going right now.

The Portuguese forward has scored six goals in five UEFA Champions League games this season and has helped them reach the knockout stages of the competition. Fans will hope that he can take the club even further.
