Harry Kane has not shown up to training for the second day running as his transfer saga is thickening. The England captain wants out of Tottenham Hotspur after spending over 12 years at the North London club. The striker is wanted by Manchester City, and several other clubs might jump in as the transfer window nears its end.

Tottenham’s correspondent to Football London, Alasdair Gold, revealed the news on Twitter as the details of the situation came out. Kane has not provided the club with a return date as of now. This is already tarnishing his legacy at the club as fans are not pleased with the forward’s actions.

It looks like Kane won’t return until he gets his move to Manchester City. However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is a fierce negotiator, and he would be wary of selling Kane to a direct rival. They have rarely sold players to English clubs, and players of Harry Kane’s class are extremely rare.

Gareth Bale and Luka Modric are the only two who come close to his caliber, and both of them left Spurs for Real Madrid amicably. City already won the Premier League last season and is now looking to build on it to win the UEFA Champions League. They are also in talks to sign Jack Grealish in a £100 million move from Aston Villa.

These two players will turn City’s team unbeatable, and it’s hard to imagine them not winning everything next season.
