Jesse Lingard is one of the most popular footballers to come out of Manchester United in recent years. The club’s academy graduate might not have been their best player, but he was always loved by the club’s fanbase during his time with the club. Lingard finally left United this summer after his contract expired.
He did spend some time on loan with West Ham and was phenomenal at the club. However, it wasn’t enough for him to get a start at United as he made 21 appearances last season, most of them from the bench.
