Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most physically fit athletes on the planet. At the age of 36, he’s extremely careful about what he puts into his body to stay on top of the game. The point was accentuated further by Lee Grant in an interview with talkSport.

The Portuguese superstar returned to Manchester United again after leaving the English club in 2009. In typical fashion, he scored a brace in his debut match against Newcastle. Manchester United goalkeeper Lee Grant talked about how the dressing room has changed with Ronaldo and revealed how his diet had influenced the whole squad.

What was on Ronaldo’s plate? There was quinoa, avocado and hard-boiled eggs. This guy is in amazing shape. He has the second-best physique on the team, after me [laughs],” he joked.

Ronaldo is a freak of nature. The Portuguese forward has always taken care of his body, and that has led to him reaching the heights that he has reached. If his debut is anything to go by, Manchester United fans are going to hear a lot more of his “Siu” celebrations.
