Manchester United had one of the worst seasons of their history, as they barely finished in sixth place. While that wasn’t close to their lowest finishes, it was the way in which they crumbled after signing the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Jadon Sancho, and Raphael Varane.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was sacked in the middle of the season and Ralf Rangnick was appointed on an interim basis to carry the mantle. However, he couldn’t do a better job as United finally stumbled across a season many of their fans would want to forget.

They have now appointed former Ajax manager, Erik Ten Hag, for next season and hopes are high at “The Theatre of Dreams.”
Tyrell Malacia signs for Manchester United
One of Ten Hag’s first signings at United is Feyenoord’s left-back Tyrell Malacia. The 22-year-old has impressed clubs all across Europe with his performances and has been likened to Real Madrid’s Ferland Mendy with his dribbling skills and high speed.
According to a report from journalist Fabrizio Romano, Malacia has agreed on a deal with United paying Feyenoord ?15 million. There will be another ?2 million that the club might pay if certain requirements are met in the deal.

Previously, Malacia had signed a deal with the French club, Lyon, and the deal was done. Malacia’s medicals were the only thing that was left before United decided to hijack the deal.

It’s also vital for United to sign more players as they try to keep Cristiano Ronaldo at the club. The Portuguese forward has never played in the Europa League before and that’s the fate that awaits him next season at United.
