French world cup winner, Kylian Mbappe, is one of the best forwards on the planet and he is still only 23, with several more years left to play at the top level. As a result, if any transfer around him was to materialize, a huge amount of money would be involved.

Right now, Mbappe is playing for Paris Saint Germain, and his contract is going to end in six months. PSG paid a mind-whopping 180 million euros for him when he was just 17, to sign him from AS Monaco. As a result, they still want to keep their star player.

However, Mbappe has reportedly set his eyes on a move to Real Madrid, and the Spanish club are dead-set on getting their man. The club had tried and tested the waters with a 180 million euro bid last summer, but PSG didn’t budge and were sure that Mbappe would extend his contract, eventually.

The amount of money Mbappe might earn at Madrid

Now that Mbappe is going to be a free agent, the Frenchman won’t cost anything. Madrid will save a lot of money on this deal, and they’ve reportedly made sure that Kylian Mbappe understands that. According to BILD, Mbappe has agreed to join Madrid next year and has an agreement in place that will see him earn a mind-blowing 50 million euros per year, before taxes.

This will make him the highest-paid footballer in the world, in the terms of salary, but Mbappe does have several endorsements on the side too. Meanwhile, this current deal will see him earn 114,000 euros every day, and an amazing 80 euros a minute.
