Kylian Mbappe refuses to play for Tottenham Hotspur

In an interview with CNN Sport, the reporter asked Mbappe if he was willing to join Tottenham Hotspur in summer. She brought up the fact that Spiderman superstar Tom Holland also asked him to join Spurs during the Ballon d’Or ceremony, earlier this year.

However, the Frenchman didn’t budge and refused right away. Regardless, he admitted that it is a great club with a great stadium. Mbappe also has a few teammates from the French national team who play at Spurs, but it’s not enough to change his mind.

Yeah, he’s asking me about it but no. It’s a great club with the new stadium. I have friends who play there, Tanguy Ndombele, Hugo Lloris,” Mbappe said.

Kylian Mbappe was respectful of the North London club as he talked about their prospects in the Premier League this season. He even appreciated the technical caliber of their manager, Antonio Conte, and said that the future will be good for them. However, it was then that he dropped the hammer on the hearts of all Spurs fans.

I watched so many games of the Premier League of Tottenham too and I’m sure they’ll make something good this season with Conte because he’s a great manager. He knows what he does. So it’s good for them but I don’t think I’ll play for Tottenham in my life,” the PSG star revealed.
