The future of Kylian Mbappe is the talk of the town right now. The French World Cup winner has been one of the best players in the world this season and is still only 23. As a result, several clubs would love to have the opportunity to sign him.

However, not many of them can afford him. Paris Saint Germain is doing everything they can to keep their superstar, and that includes offering him as much money as he wants. Mbappe’s contract expires in three months, and if he does leave the club, it would be a free transfer.

Real Madrid seems to be the likely destination for the Frenchman, as they have wanted to sign him for years. Madrid even made a bid of almost 200 million euros last summer to sign him, but PSG refused.

Kylian Mbappe talks about his future

In a recent interview, Mbappe reveals the details about his future. The Frenchman said that he hasn’t made a decision yet, and has no reason to hide it if he does make it. He also added that he’s thinking about his future with his family.

If I made my decision I would have said so. If I had made the decision, I would have taken responsibility. I don’t have to hide. I just want to make the best decision I can. I’m thinking with my family,” Mbappe said.

Mbappe doesn’t rule out a new contract at PSG

One of the more surprising aspects of the interview was the fact that Mbappe didn’t rule out the possibility of staying at Paris Saint Germain. He also added that there were a lot of new elements in the equation.

While one can only presume what that means, Real Madrid’s 4-0 loss against FC Barcelona might be one of those factors. The club isn’t doing the best they can do under Carlo Ancelotti and has been linked with Mbappe’s current manager, Mauricio Pochettino.
