Messi is currently valued at €80 million after his transfer to Paris Saint Germain. The 34-year-old was valued at €180 million in 2018, but his value has just kept dropping since then. Nevertheless, he has been in top form for the past few seasons.
The Argentinian scored 30 goals in the league last season and ended up being the top goal scorer. He also added 11 assists to his name but could only guide Barcelona to third place. However, FC Barcelona did still win the Copa Del Ray.
On the other hand, Ronaldo is currently valued at €45 million. However, at his peak, the Portuguese forward was valued at €120 million for a while in 2014. He reached the value again in January 2018, when he won the UEFA Champions League for the fifth time.
Ronaldo was on fire in Serie A last season as he won the league’s top scorer award with 29 goals. Even with his goals, Juventus could only finish fourth in the league. But, he did win the Supercoppa Italiana and scored in the final against Napoli.
