Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the greatest players in the history of the game, and the Portuguese forward has broken record after record in the fifteen years to prove the same. However, the reason why he has been this good for so long has been documented very well.
He has worked out extremely hard his entire life and has worked hard to keep his body healthy. However, what would happen if an everyday fan like you and I were to adopt his diet and workout routine?

A fan adopts Ronaldo’s diet and workout routine for a week
Asad Raza, the associate social editor at Goal, tried to live like Cristiano Ronaldo for an entire week. He had four meals in a day: breakfast, lunch, second lunch and dinner. Moreover, he also worked out two times every day other than the rest days.
Raza revealed how the food was fine but got extremely repetitive, early on. Moreover, the workout routines were very hard for him, especially the lower body exercises. At one point, the editor wanted to throw up after doing eight sets of 200-meter sprints. Sharing his experience on Twitter, GOAL wrote, “I think I just vomited in my mouth.”
It’s remarkable to see that Ronaldo has done this for several years, without wavering at all.
