Manchester United are looking like they are in a state of despair after their umpteenth loss in the Premier League against Watford. This loss was a lot worse as it resulted in the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the Norwegian spent three years at the club.
During this disastrous season, there are very few players who have been consistently good for the club. However, United’s number one David De Gea has been immense and has made sure that United’s losses look a lot better than they are.

David de Gea talks about the feelings of the United squad.
David de Gea, recently gave his thoughts about the mood in the dressing room after the defeat and revealed how the players felt.
“It’s hard to be in the dressing room now. We are sad, we are angry. Personally, I’m hurt – it’s a very difficult moment for the whole club,” the United No.1 said.
De Gea also talked about the performance from United and said that the first-half performance was really poor from United. However, the Spaniard can hold his head up high after his performance against Watford, where he saved Ismaila Sarr’s first-half penalty, and the retake as well.

“It was embarrassing – the way we played today. The first half was very poor – it’s not acceptable for this club and the level of players that we have. It’s another nightmare. There have been some difficulties but I don’t really know what to say,” the Spanish International added.

Manchester United needs something different.
De Gea talked about his entire time at the club and revealed that this moment was up there with one of the worst moments at the club since 2011.
“I have been in difficult moments with this club but we are in a difficult situation – we don’t know what to do with the ball, we are conceding a lot of goals. It’s a horrible moment,” De Gea concluded.
