Not only Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, but Neymar is also not enjoying a good campaign given his high standards. PSG bought Neymar from Barcelona hoping to win the UEFA Champions League. But that is yet to happen.

The Brazilian superstar even got booed by the PSG fans after the French side got knocked out of this season’s UEFA Champions League. Some individuals have also criticized his performances.

But the PSG forward can make 2022 a memorable year by winning his first FIFA World Cup trophy with Brazil.

Recently, in a live discussion with Diego Ribas, Neymar talked about his motives ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

He said, “I’m preparing myself both physically and mentally so that everyone goes well, and we have a ‘Brazilian World Cup’ this time.”

“I’ll give my life for it, I’ve played it two times now and I know how it works. If you’re not ready, the opportunity will go away, so I can’t let it escape me,” the Brazilian added. (H/T: The Daily Star)

Neymar has already played for Brazil in the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups. But in those tournaments, Germany (2014) and Belgium (2018) have denied him the chance to get his hands on the FIFA World Cup trophy.

The Paris Saint-Germain forward will play in his third FIFA World Cup later this year. And this time, Neymar is more focused than ever to give Brazil their sixth FIFA World Cup.

Are Neymar and Brazil the favorites to win the FIFA World Cup 2022?
