Messi vs. Ronaldo is, without a doubt, one of the most intense rivalries in the history of soccer. Fans had the pleasure of watching both legendary players for over a decade when they were in Europe. Even after CR7 moved to Al-Nassr and La Pulga to PSG, they faced off against each other earlier this year in a friendly match. Fans keep wanting more, and perhaps, their wishes might be answered, as a recent revelation suggests.

Now, soccer fans might be in for a treat again. But this time, the backdrop is different. As reported by the Al Bilad Daily journalist, Ali Alabdallh, apparently, a Chinese international marketing company is keen to hold a friendly All-Star match between Inter Miami and Al-Nassr in China. This would also bring both teams’ star players, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, on the same stage.

Indeed, if the Chinese company manages to pull all the strings to make this happen, it would be nothing short of a dream come true for many ardent fans. The soccer community will have a chance to indulge in nostalgia by witnessing La Pulga and CR7 share the pitch once more. It remains to be seen if the international company will be able to pull a deal through. Notably, this idea emerged after Al-Nassr received invitations to participate in some friendly matches in China in January.

Apparently, the administration is holding off on making a decision until the Roshn League calendar is released during the break of the Asian Cup. Perhaps then a conclusion could be made by the authorities, as well as Al-Nassr. Be that as it may, fans are undoubtedly in for a delightful experience.
