CONMEBOL’s Copa America 2024 has got a big partner on board as beverage brewing giant Michelob Ultra has joined the fray as a key sponsor for the sporting event. According to an agreement between the two parties, Michelob Ultra is the Official Global Beer Sponsor of Copa América USA 2024. In an effort to capitalize on their partnership, the brand has also announced the addition of Lionel Messi as their brand ambassador.

The Copa America 2024 will take place in the United States next year in June and July. The event is an enormous opportunity for the beverage brand as it worked with some of the biggest sports stars for their Super Bowl commercial. Soccer is starting to expand across the United States and a name like Lionel Messi on their cover is a big deal for the brand.

Michelob Ultra went all in for their Super Bowl LVII commercial. The brand’s commercial starred the likes of Serena Williams, Alex Morgan, Nneka Ogwumike, and NBA superstar Jimmy Butler. The Grand Slam winner shared a post on her Instagram, endorsing her advertisement with the brand.
