In 2022, Alex Morgan had shockingly signed 27 brand deals. That was much more than any athlete from the NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, or NBA. Most importantly, the NWSL striker had brushed past major influential women athletes. That exclusive list included names like Naomi Osaka, Ali Krieger, Serena Williams, and many more. They were the top three most endorsed athletes in the previous year.
The report also suggested that the rate for sponsorships has grown by 20% across major sports in the US. That list would range all the way from the Big Bash League to the World Netball competition.
