The most popular sporting event in the US is just 2 weeks away! A common question on every sports fan’s mind would be whether Lionel Messi will be a part of Super Bowl LVIII, in some way. The Inter Miami ace has wowed the US audience since his arrival last year. In such a short period, the Argentine has emerged as one of the most popular sporting entities in the country. However, Inter Miami’s tight schedule does raise questions about his involvement, despite his recent Super Bowl Ad surprise. The Super Bowl will be on February 11th.

Inter Miami, on the other hand, has two crucial matches ahead and before the mega event. They have a match against the Japanese side Vissel Kobe on February 7th, the side where Lionel Messi’s ex-teammate, Andres Iniesta, played for 5 seasons! Following the game, they will undergo a 12-hour journey back to the USA on either February 8 or 9. Even if Messi visits the Super Bowl, he will likely miss the training sessions for the next game against Newell’s Old Boys. That is scheduled on February 15th and it has a special significance for Messi itself, as that’s his boyhood club. Another factor to note is Inter Miami’s poor pre-season so far.
