The ‘GOAT’ debate between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi will never end. It is true that every soccer fan has a personal favorite. However, declaring either of them as the greatest of all time tends to become too controversial these days. A popular Slovakian model recently tried to settle this never-ending debate. She has gotten popular over the last year after appearing to support Tom Brady at one of his matches. While the fans took no offense to her comments, it was still a very sensitive topic to speak about in general.

However, that never-ending debate has come back to life after Ronaldo just reached an admirable personal milestone.

Popular Slovakian model, Veronika Rajek, spoke about her childhood love for Tom Brady and David Beckham in a recent interview. Last year, Rajek turned up at an NFL game to solely support Tom Brady. She didn’t shy away from admitting her love for the NFL legend as well. Rajek also publicly tried to settle the debate between Ronaldo and Messi. Rather than controversially picking either, she decided to rationalize between both the soccer legends.

She told the Sun, “From the new age, it’s really tough to choose Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi because they’re both amazing but different. I don’t watch football that much but I think they’re both GOATs”. Rajek also claimed that she has been watching the sport since her childhood days. She revealed that she admires David Beckham and his wife too.

She continued, “My childhood love was David Beckham and I think he’s the best football player ever. I grew up in his era and admire him. I love the whole Beckham family – I love Victoria’s style”. Rajek told the Sun that former AC Milan superstar, Juraj Kucka, was the one who inspired her to watch soccer.

Earlier last year, Tom Brady also consciously made a choice between Ronaldo and Messi. The reporter decided to suddenly put the NFL star on the spot.

Without even thinking for a second, the NFL legend answered, “I love Messi and I think he’s a great player. I’m a little older than him, though. I love soccer and I’ve watched soccer for a long time.”

However, this debate has gathered some steam again. Yesterday, Cristiano Ronaldo scored four goals during a soccer match in the Saudi Professional League. Those four goals helped the Portuguese soccer legend reach 500 career goals. Ronaldo fans finally have a strong point to elaborate on during this debate after Lionel Messi shut down his critics by winning the FIFA World Cup.
