Brees, the former Super Bowl winner, and MVP, took to Instagram to share his feelings about the club. It came after he got his hands on a Wrexham AFC hat recently. He shared the pic on Instagram and wrote, “Just got my Wrexham AFC hat in the mail.” He also recommended his followers to watch a docuseries about the club. He wrote, “If you haven’t watched the Welcome To Wrexham series yet, I highly recommend it.”

From an unknown club in Wales’s lower division, the club is rising to fame. The new sponsorship deals are flowing. Wrexham will go to the US for a preseason tour. And to top that, the club will play in the fourth division next season.
