The fans enjoy these minor sneak peeks into her life. Weeks ago, Shakira posted a video of her surfing routine. To the surprise of some, one of the largest social media giants left a sneaky comment on her video.

Weeks after the jaw-dropping comment, the singer spent ten days of her summer break in Costa Rica with her kids. But she had to return to Miami with a bruised thigh after a surfing tragedy.

Shakira garners unexpected attention from a social media company

Shakira’s love for surfing is a quite well-known fact. She practices riding the waves during her free time. In June, she posted an exciting video of herself surfing. In the caption, she wrote, “Workin’ on new tricks. Drop knee”.

The video went viral on Instagram. It received much more than a million likes. Among the thousands of comments, Facebook’s official handle dropped a comment too. The comment has left many fans scratching their head. “Dropping to my knees for u”, Facebook’s official account wrote. But this surprisingly wasn’t the first time that they’d done this.

As per her recent appearances, the Colombian icon seems like a fan of the Miami Heat. The singer once made it a point to encourage Jimmy Butler and his boys during the final series. She wrote, “Come on, Miami Heat! Tonight is the night”. Facebook’s official handle then entered the comments section. It jokingly wrote, “I’m a Heat fan because Shakira is a Heat fan”.

All about Shakira’s surfing accident during her vacation

Shakira and her kids recently returned from her ten-day vacation with Tom Brady’s ex-partner and her children. The retired NFL legend and his better half had purchased a property in Costa Rica some years ago. Despite the split, Gisele Bundchen keeps making trips to their holiday home. This time, the Colombian icon and her kids were part of the visit.

The two families truly enjoyed their vacation. But the Colombian icon sustained a few injuries after losing balance while riding the waves. A wave swept the singer away. She walked out of the ocean with bruises on her left thigh. But that obviously wouldn’t stop her from following her passion for surfing.
