USWNT legend, Alex Morgan is the latest to weigh in on the topic of the NFL’s authenticity, and it seems she enjoys the sport regardless.
The Super Bowl just concluded and the San Diego Wave star was one of the many celebrities in attendance. Interestingly, her bestie and new NFL enthusiast Taylor Swift was also in attendance.
Alex Morgan finds her recent NFL experience to be ‘fun’

Alex Morgan’s recent Instagram post is gaining a lot of attention. The reason is the caption. In the image, she can be seen attending Super Bowl 58 from her suite, with the caption, “Scripted or not, that was fun.” Lots of fans found the statement amusing and the comment section sparked quite a debate. Regardless, the match might not be not only fun factor for the soccer player.

Her good mate Taylor Swift also attended the mega event. The duo share a close bond and this might be the reason why Morgan attended the event in the first place. Morgan also chose to stay in a luxury suite worth between $1.8 million and $2.5 million.

Swift, on the other hand, was rooting for her boyfriend Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs. Ultimately, the Chiefs, under the leadership of Quarterback Patrick Mahomes beat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22. And, the star couple had a Super Bowl to remember. Notably, this is not the first occasion the 14-time Grammy Award Winner was spotted attending an NFL game.
The social media talk about the NFL scripting allegations doesn’t seem to be bothering Alex Morgan or Taylor Swift. However, NFL icon Tom Brady had a rather amusing answer to the same question.
Tom Brady issues the best response to the scripting allegations
Back in September, the official NFL account uploaded a video with Tom Brady. The question to him is whether he thinks the NFL is scripted. The NFL legend hilariously replies, “You think I really would have played along a script, that had me losing to Peyton’s little brother Eli twice in the Super Bowl?

The context behind the comment is Brady losing the Super Bowl in 2008 & 2012 with Eli Manning emerging victorious. Despite this, Brady has won an unprecedented 7 Super Bowls. However, winning those 2 games could have cemented his legacy a tad bit further, not that it was required in the first place.
