The Wrexham story is one for the ages. Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney have transformed the club from the perils of extinction to a soccer club with a lot of promise. As they prepare for EFL League Two for the coming season, Ryan Reynolds is busy convincing players to join the club. Out of them, one prominent name to come out is Gareth Bale. However, there are complications to that deal. Bale retired from soccer to focus on golf and looks to stick to his decision.
Ryan Reynolds looked to bring him by offering Rob McElhenney’s “shaven back.” Sky Sports correspondent Rob Harris discussed the finer details of the potential signing in a tweet stating Bale’s decision to potentially sign for the club. But for now, it looks unlikely.

The fun and games started right after that. Ryan got into the action and tweeted, “I will shave a professional-grade golf course into Rob’s back if you’ll give Wrexham a season.” Twitter exploded upon hearing the hilarious thread. But Bale’s decision to leave soccer is intact. At the end of his career, his love for golf engulfed him.

The singing of Bale would be sensational for the whole league itself. But, for that to happen, Bale must un-retire. Now wholly focused on golf, the Welsh legend will have a lot of convincing to do to play soccer, yet again.
