Georgina Rodriguez’s new Netflix documentary is almost here. The fans are gearing up for the second season of ‘I Am Georgina’. The documentary series is mainly about Georgina’s personal life before and after meeting Cristiano Ronaldo.

Last year, Cristiano Ronaldo and his family went through a very tragic time after their newborn son passed away. The whole soccer universe poured their hearts out with love and compassion for the Ronaldo family.

His long-time girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, opened up about the sorrowful moment in the second season of her upcoming documentary.

‘I Am Georgina’ helps the fans get a major look into Georgina’s life. Everyone is aware that Ronaldo first met her at a Gucci store in Madrid. They seemingly clicked immediately with each other and the rest is history. As time passed, the celebrity couple had children, too. However, the Ronaldo family went through the worst phase of their life last year.

Ronaldo and Georgina gave birth to the lovely twins. While the daughter Bella Esmeralda survived, her twin brother, unfortunately, passed away. Georgina emotionally spoke about that moment of her life in her upcoming documentary. In the trailer, she says, “This year I had the best and the worst moment of my life in an instant”.

She continued, “Life is hard. Life goes on. I have reasons to move on and be strong”. Georgina then revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo played a major role in helping her move on from the sorrow. She admitted that her children were her topmost priority. Ronaldo’s girlfriend said, “My priority right now is my family and my children. I’m so happy and thankful”.

After the soccer legend’s son tragically died, the entire soccer fanbase came together to console the Ronaldo family.

A few days after his son’s death, Manchester United headed toward Anfield to face arch-rivals, Liverpool. The Portuguese soccer veteran was obviously not present for the game. During the game, the whole stadium stood up in the seventh minute and clapped for Ronaldo. While applauding, every Liverpool fan sang, “You’ll Never Walk Alone” in tribute to the soccer veteran.

Ronaldo rightfully appreciated the gesture from the fans. He posted a clip of the moment on Instagram. The Real Madrid legend also wrote, “One world… One sport… One global family… Thanks, Anfield”.

Despite the fierce rivalry between the two soccer clubs, the fans decided to choose humanity over soccer rivalry. Many sportspersons from other sports also appreciated this ever-famous tribute to one of soccer’s greatest players ever.
