Alex Morgan is known as a hero in America and truly an icon. The star forward has achieved everything for her country and has brought many laurels as well. She has led the USWNT to glory, thus winning two World Cups, and her domestic career has also been terrific.

This year too, she’ll be looking to achieve success in the upcoming 2023 women’s FIFA World Cup as the USMNT will eye a second consecutive Cup win. Morgan will also be looking to show the exact determination for her domestic side, San Diego Waves.
Off the pitch, she is quite a legend. The 33-year-old has been quite active in many campaigns and causes. In fact, she recently won the fight for equal pay, thus marking a historic moment in women’s soccer.
Alex Morgan hints at a new project

Recently, the forward shared a picture on Twitter with her daughter, Charlie Elena Carrasco. Along with that caption, she wrote a cryptic message saying, “Working on something big with my girl.”
Apparently, Morgan has left fans bewildered as to what the tweet is about. Many are guessing it is another campaign, but the question is what the project is all about. Moreover, with the new season of NWSL set to begin, it is surely something that has left fans guessing what Morgan is working on.
Preparations for NWSL continue
As the new season of NWSL is set to kick off, Morgan and his side are desperate for success. They ended the last season quite well, thus finishing third in the league and qualifying for the Cup.

In fact, it was a brilliant season for Morgan, who finished the season as a top scorer with 15 goals. She even scored the winning goal in the dying moments of the Cup match against the Chicago Red Stars.

However, they suffered an unfortunate defeat in the semi-finals, as a late clincher from Morgan in the first round went in vain. Nevertheless, they’ll be looking to achieve major success this year and lift the prestigious silverware.

This year, the San Diego Waves will kick off their new season against the Chicago Red Stars. Casey Stoney’s side will be hosting the emphatic clash at Snapdragon Stadium on March 26. Both sides will be looking to clinch three points in the opening game.
