After months of misery and exile, Jadon Sancho has officially moved from Manchester United to Borussia Dortmund. Now the question arises; when can the fans see the winger back in action with the German side? Well, according to Dortmund coach Edin Terzic, who expressed his happiness at Sancho’s arrival, kept the hopes alive that the ‘healthy‘ Englishman may make an appearance in tomorrow’s match against SV Darmstadt.
Jadon Sancho was with BVB from 2017 to 2021 and then joined Manchester United. Now, he has returned with a big smile, joining the Bundesliga club on a loan deal worth over $4 million that will last until June 2024.

Edin Terzic revealed that the recently acquired star of Borussia Dortmund has already started training with the team. He shared, “We are happy that Jadon is finally with us. He had a lot of fun on the training pitch.” Terzic assured, “He (Jadon Sancho) is healthy, he has trained a lot in the last few weeks.” He remains unsure but positive about the 23-year-old’s second debut on Saturday. “We will use the session again today and see how far he is”. While it’s a short-term deal, the club also revealed its genuine intent to help the youngster.
Borussia Dortmund’s Sporting Director Sebastian Kehl emphasized his plans to help Sancho get “back to his highest level as quickly as possible“, as per The Athletic. With this new move, things are looking promising for the English winger. In addition to the BVB board, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag, who has played a significant role in the long-drawn saga, has also finally shared his thoughts on Jadon Sancho’s move to Borussia Dortmund.

The disagreement between Jadon Sancho and Erik ten Hag was key in the winger’s decision to depart from the Red Devils. After the 53-year-old questioned Sancho’s commitment and performance during training, the player responded strongly. Consequently, the Dutch manager excluded him from team training sessions and established a condition that prevented him from playing until he apologized.
Despite this contentious exchange, ten Hag appears to hold no ill feelings towards the Englishman following his move to Dortmund. When asked about Jadon Sancho, the Manchester United boss recently stated, “I hope he is doing well.” As of now, the player himself has yet to provide the public apology demanded by ten Hag.
