As per the MLS, the promoter for the Inter Miami-Vissel Kobe game failed to provide Apple TV with a ‘world feed‘ for distribution within the timeframe required to meet technical needs. MLS added that the production of host feed is ‘solely the responsibility of the promoter‘. It was the case when Apple TV broadcasted Inter Miami’s other friendly fixtures on the MLS Season Pass. NSN, co-founded by Barcelona icon and ex-Vissel Kobe star Andres Iniesta, is the promoter of the Inter Miami-Vissel Kobe game.
NSN has promoted Inter Miami’s friendly against El Salvador. It was also set to take the Herons on a Chinese tour. But it later canceled it because of the death of a former Chinese Premier. Co-founder Andres Iniesta on Monday announced that he will be in the stands to watch his former team take on Miami, which houses four of his ex-Barcelona teammates. Even though Apple TV has withdrawn from broadcasting the coveted match, it is not as if the fans won’t have any chance to watch the game.
