A lot is riding on Cristiano Ronaldo‘s shoulders as the Portuguese heads into his last Euros with the national team. With the soccer icon keen on repeating the heroics of 2016, Cristiano will have to bank on the likes of Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot, Ruben Dias, and Ruben Neves. Both Cristiano and Dalot have gotten close over the years following their stint together at Manchester United.

Cristiano will hope Diogo Dalot can perform to the best of his abilities this summer as the team looks to clinch the title. Dalot and Lopez have been a thing since 2020, with the pair first meeting each other during the defender’s spell at AC Milan.

The defender stated, “My career has been progressive. I don’t hide that it’s a good moment, perhaps the best in my career. But it’s worth it. If I don’t continue to demonstrate that, I deserve to play. The work continues day by day, in the same way, to continue with the level of fitness that I have been demonstrating.
