There’s everything at stake for the soccer teams of the USA as they head into the 2024 Paris Olympics. On one hand, the USMNT is looking to make a statement that it can compete with elite teams, while the USWNT is aiming to regain its reputation as the best in the world. Apart from hosting soccer games from the 1938 and 1998 Football World Cups, it is also been used for rock concerts by popular bands such as the AC/DC and the Roling Stones

In the south of France, Nice is famous for its architecture and culture. The stadium for the Paris Olympics soccer matches is the home of OGC Nice, which won the French League four times. It is claimed to be built to be environmentally friendly, with a roof having solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system that is also arranged to promote sustainability. It is also located near the south coast of France, giving an aesthetic vibe to the fans. With a capacity of 36,178, it has earlier hosted major soccer tournament matches like the Men’s Euro 2016.

The stadium for French giants AS Saint-Etienne was built in 1931 and also hosted many games of the famous 1998 Men’s World Cup, which France won due to Zinedine Zidane’s brilliance. Also named Geoffroy-Guichard Stadium, it has an approximate capacity of 41,965.
