Howard talked about Wrexham signing Foster

Mark Howard has been a core member of Wrexham since July last year. However, he is the reserve goalkeeper because Rob Lainton is the main goalkeeper since 2018. The fact Wrexham signed Ben Foster while they could have utilized Howard made fans worry about how he would feel.

Talking to Ben Foster on his own podcast, Howard revealed his priorities. He said, “At first everyone thought ‘oh Mark will be so p***ed. Like proper p***ed’. And obviously, after you coming in I was like ‘if it gets us through that door and gets us promoted let’s just do that’.” That’s not what the Mrs said by the way when I told her. She won’t like me saying that. She went ‘what?!’… Nah, I’m joking.”

Ryan Reynolds came to the rescue
