In fact, while speaking to Mail Online this week, the rapper had kind words for the former Madrid man. “We’ve been friends since the early nineties. We love the same things.” He said they both are similar as they ‘love’ to win, work hard, are family men ‘and people love them.’

Both have enjoyed their friendship for more than 30 years and maintain a close relationship. They recently met each other at Snoop’s concert in London’s O2 arena as David brought his sons, Romeo and Cruz.

“We’re naturally attracted to each other,” he went on while insisting their bond was established ‘years and years ago.’ “He created a family, and I created a family,” added Snoop.

David also appeared on the rapper’s reality show, ‘Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood.’ In the show, David tried to persuade the Snoop’s kids to like soccer. Unfortunately, the former Manchester United starlet failed to do so.

Even during that time, Snoop had kind words for the Becks. “Whenever I make a record, I give him a copy before it’s done. He’s like a brother. I’m gonna show him to rap, for shizzle,” he told the Mirror in 2011.

“He’s my boy. I love soccer just as he loves hip-hop. Beckham needs to keep doing what he’s doing — he’s a great father,” he added.
