Real Madrid has every right to be on the cloud nine. Los Blancos clinched its 15th UCL title beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the finals. Former Dortmund man Jude Bellingham also had his first taste of European success last night. However, it seems like the Spanish side’s fans might be already celebrating the next big news, with Kylian Mbappe set to join Carlo Ancelotti and Co. come summer. Fabrizio Romano was one of the first reporters who made the move public on his Instagram handle and Bellingham has simply added a more positive outlook to all the speculations.
While Real Madrid are yet to issue an official statement, Romano’s words are considered gospel-like for soccer fans. While many would think having Kylian Mbappe in their ranks would be an overkill next season, Jude Bellingham has completely opposite thoughts on the matter. The Englishman, alongside TNT after the Champions League triumph, commented on Kylian Mbappe’s expected move to Santiago Bernabeu. The Englishman stated, “If that were to happen, it would be amazing”.
“A player like him…you see tonight I think it’s the only little thing that maybe we’re missing in terms of that clinical nine and I think if he was to come and give us that, we’d be in a really, really great place. He’d take us to another level.” Kylian Mbappe is expected to link up with his new teammates after the Euros. Reports claim Los Blancos wants to enjoy their title celebration parade before officially unveiling the Frenchman to the Real Madrid faithful.

As per Sky, the Frenchman is set to sign a 5-year deal worth more than $16 million a year after tax. Notably, the front office in Madrid will pay Mbappe’s signing-on bonus to him in installments throughout his deal. The lethal forward has taken a humongous pay cut, as he was on about $80 million in the final year of his PSG deal. However, he seems to have spotted the sporting objective behind the move to Spain.
