Ryan Reynolds continues to be an inspiration for everyone. The Canadian-born star set himself as an example, not just as an actor but also as a Wrexham owner and an astute entrepreneur. In an intriguing turn of events, it appears that his best friend and fellow co-owner of the club, Rob McElhenney, followed in the footsteps of the Deadpool actor by introducing a new sponsor for the Red Dragons.

Not just McElhenney but the other stars of ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ are also part of the Wrexham co-owner’s latest venture. Is there another soccer club in the world that boasts star power like Wrexham?

Earlier, Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton, and Charlie Day had announced their new venture in the liquor market. Similar to how Ryan Reynolds crafted the Aviation Gin, the Sunny in Philadelphia trio launched an Irish-American whiskey brand, ‘Four Walls,’ to take baby steps in the liquor industry. Now, they have taken another enormous leap, as the whiskey has become an official sponsor of Wrexham AFC.

The news came from McElhenney’s official Instagram account, where he posted the announcement with a caption saying, “We focused more on the product than the placement. @fourwallsthebetterbrown, now an official sponsor of @wrexham_afc.” Once again, McElhenney nailed it with his humor, as the announcement is hilarious.

In the clip, after McElhenney broke the news about Four Walls being Wrexham’s official sponsor, Howerton and Day asked if the whiskey logos would appear on the front of jerseys. McElhenney denied it by saying it would feature on the training kits instead. When again asked about logo placement on training kits, the actor said it would appear on sleeves. However, as soon as the players came out of the bus, all the players donned cut-sleeves, and the logo wasn’t visible. It forced McElhenney to say, “Let me call Ryan – he will fix it.”

Neither Reynolds nor McElhenney fail to impress everyone with their humor. Nevertheless, Four Walls adds to Wrexham’s list of drink sponsors. Reynolds’ Aviation Gin also sponsors the club, in addition to, Blake Lively’s Betty Buzz. Meanwhile, McElhenney recently dedicated a park for Reynolds!

This park is situated at the heart of Wrexham City Centre. In fact, they have charmingly named it “The Ryan Rodney Reynolds Memorial Park.” McElhenney’s playful humor shone through as he made light-hearted references to Reynolds’ role in the movie Green Lantern.
