Following her exit, he also put up the gigantic mansion for sale. However, there has been an interesting turn of events in recent times.

Shockingly, there either isn’t a buyer or Joan Pique hasn’t listed the mansion for sale yet. In recent times, pictures of Clara Chia Marti on the terrace of that mansion have gone viral.

Those pictures have raised several eyebrows on social media. Everyone is starting to doubt that whether the ‘eviction’ notice was just a trick to get Shakira out of the mansion.

Is Clara Chia Marti living in the Barcelona mansion?

Just hours ago, Clara Chia Marti was on the terrace of Shakira’s previous home. Interestingly, after Shakira left, there were quite a few rumors about Pique moving in with his new partner. However, that didn’t seem to materialize. The two of them went on a secret getaway for her birthday. And then the soccer veteran traveled to Miami to meet Milan and Sasha.

However, the question surrounding the possibility of them moving in together has come up again. The photos of Chia Marti are from the topmost terrace of the building and not the balcony, as per El Nacional. The fanbase was quite well versed with the balcony after Shakira pulled off her cheeky ‘witch’ taunt for her mother-in-law.

While Shakira left the home, she reportedly took away every piece of furniture. While she has moved out, some of her heavy instruments and furniture are still in the garage.

Reports suggested that Pique informed the real estate agent to check every potential buyer’s purchasing power. This was to simply avoid needless paparazzi roaming around the property.

Will Shakira and Pique’s old home get a buyer?

After sending Shakira a controversial ‘eviction notice’, they placed the house on sale for $15 million. That notice basically asked the singer to leave the property as soon as possible. If she did not move out, she would have to face severe compensation charges. After receiving the notice, Shakira was out of the mansion within days.

But there seems to be another problem with the sale of that mansion. In the past year, that mansion has been the center of attraction for all the paparazzi. The amount of public controversy that has gone on between Pique and Shakira is truly crazy! Any potential buyer would definitely think twice before submitting an offer for the controversial Barcelona mansion.
