After Al Nassr’s King Cup quarterfinal win, it is safe to say that they gave a fitting reply to the ones who doubted their form. Luis Castro sounded confident while addressing the press. “We will fight for the title in all competitions. We still have hope for the league. Our goal is to win the Super Cup and the Copa del Rey [King Cup of Champions], our desire is always to win titles”, said Luis Castro. Al Nassr is currently the second team on the league table. Since the season goes on till June 2024, there is a chance that the tables might turn in Castro’s favor.

With their cakewalk into the King Cup semifinals, Al Nassr has indeed proclaimed that they are fitting candidates to go all the way. Besides, the Saudi Super Cup features the winners and runners-up of a season’s Saudi League and the King Cup. In that prospect, Al Nassr truly got a shot at this season’s Saudi Super Cup too. It is quite enthralling that the Riyadh-based side is displaying such determination to win it by the end of this season. Days before Castro’s inspiring words, Cristiano Ronaldo had called for his teammates to put up a fight to win it all.
