Time and again soccer players have shown the philanthropy side and done things for the betterment of society. One such story is emerging from Australia. The Australian soccer league is often far from mainstream news apart from some huge brawls. However, a few hours ago, a couple of Australian league players made headlines as they visited the hospital.

This isn’t the only time players are doing something to help put a smile on someone’s face. Players like Marcus Rashford had received the honor for their work outside of soccer. In 2019, he started an initiative to provide amenities to homeless people and to provide free meals to school children across Manchester. These are vague descriptions of his contributions but are enough to reduce his effect on society.
