USWNT has done what fans had believed they will do. They have won the SheBelieves Cup and now are ready to take on the World in the upcoming Women’s World Cup. Almost every player played their role but two names that contributed more than others are Mallory Swanson and Rose Lavelle.
While the contribution of Swanson is very apparent given, she scored 4 of 5 goals from the side of USWNT in this tournament. However, Rose Lavelle contributed the most on the defensive end. Not only that one moment she shared with the fans against Brazil has gone viral on social media.

After the match between the USA and Brazil concluded, Rose Lavelle sprinted toward the stands. She had noticed a painting in the middle of a crowd. The painting was very close to her, and she was definitely never going to let this moment pass.

I few fans came to watch USWNT vs Brazil but had a painting of Rose Lavelle and her dig Wilma Jean Wrinkles. Although a funny alteration of the two it was still special enough for Rose that she chose to sprint to the stands and got the painting.

Rose Lavelle talked about Wilma
In the NBC Sports pro pets series in 2019, Rose Lavelle talked about her dog Wilma Jean Wrinkles. She said, “When Wilma was born, Instagram became a thing, so she [Wilma] wanted an Instagram. My mom is her PR so she runs her account, but it’s kind of a group effort. She’s pretty good at soccer. She’d definitely be a defender, she’s good at stopping me, especially because she’s so low to the ground.”
