The match against Japan was a bit closer than they wanted but, USWNT was able to pull a win. The only goal made by high-flying starlet Mallory Swanson. Japan failed to equalize it and lost the match. In the last match, the team will play against Brazil. They widely considered this tournament the final prep before the mega-event, and the team is crushing this prep.
Alex Morgan introduced the new hype woman
On her Instagram stories before playing against Japan, Alex Morgan introduced fans to the new USWNT’s “official hype woman“. She posted a video clip on her Instagram story tagging the USWNT official account. In the clip, she appeared to be sitting next to the Hype Woman, who was cheering the whole team.

In the video, Morgan’s 2-year-old daughter is sitting next to her and was vibing hard on ‘any man of mine’ by Shania Twain blasting through the speaker. She wrote and announced that USWNT finally got its hype woman. Just like her mother, Charlie has a big fan following despite being 2 years old. She has joined her mother countless times on the pitch and witnessed her mother tear opponents apart.
In another story, Charlie and Morgan are fulfilling their ritual. Every time Charlie accompanies the star, and after the match, Charlie gets the ball to play. In Nashville too, after they had defeated Japan, Charlie got the ball and might have added a couple of goals to the scoresheet if she was in a USWNT jersey.

The top five countries from the fifth spot to the top are China, Germany, Qatar, England, and on top is the USA. The USWNT topped the list because of the strong chances of the team not only winning the cup but creating history in doing that. They have won the last two editions of the Cup and winning the upcoming one will get them a very rare FIFA ‘three-peat’.

The list is very interesting as the host of last year’s FIFA Men’s World Cup Qatar stands in third despite not having the team in the tournament. The gulf country is riding on the soccer hype. Will USWNT be able to cash in this hype? The whole world will know in August 2023.
