Kylian Mbappe speaks on finding balance on and off the field

French star Kylian Mbappe has emerged as one of the top stars in the world with his sensational performances over the past few years. The player has taken the world by storm with his performances. However, it seems like the player knows when to pull himself off the game to give himself a much-needed break.

Mbappe, in an interview with GQ, stated, “It’s all this invisible work that allows you to have a series of meetings and come back more easily from a possible injury. I have a well-equipped gym at home, but I prefer to spend as much time as possible at the training center and do everything I need to do there, even if it means staying late.”

The Frenchman then added that he likes to find a balance between the club and his family life. He continued, “Recovery is also mental. The club is work, and at home, it’s a chill space where I’m more relaxed and where I spend time with my family who I don’t see much.”
