McGregor is set to be another Hollywood connection to the team as soon he will be making his debut in the upcoming Hollywood movie, “Road House”. The former dual-weight champion has announced a generous donation to a’ $265K worth of charity.

Conor McGregor is putting his beer ‘Forged’ Irish stout on sale in a mobile truck outside the club’s next game against Yeovil Town on April 18. What’s more, all of the money from the sales are being donated to the charity “Your Space”.

It is a Wrexham-based charity, of which Wrexham AFC star, Paul Mullin is also a part. The charity supports people with autism, something which McGregor acknowledged in a tweet. “Taking my @ForgedStout tank in to the absolute magic that is happening at @Wrexham_AFC, and in aid of helping a great charity ‘Your Space’ that raises awareness and support for autism,” McGregor said.

The generous donation from McGregor will go towards helping the cause. This can only do wonders for the charity, with more attention and awareness being brought to it. McGregor’s donation comes at a time when Wrexham itself is looking to reach new heights.

In the upcoming game outside Wrexham’s stadium, Conor McGregor’s beer will be showcased in support of a good cause. Inside the stadium, however, the team has its own objective to achieve – promotion to the fourth division.
