The 2026 FIFA World Cup CONMEBOL qualifiers will stop the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner from playing the next Miami game. Lionel Scaloni called up Messi for the fixtures against Ecuador (September 7) and Bolivia (September 12).
It means the former PSG superstar won’t be available for the selection against Sporting Kansas City at DRV PNK Stadium on September 9.
