There is a lot of discussion going on around interviews and social platforms. Every USMNT fan is concerned about the strategy Mauricio Pochettino has in mind. It’s totally fair, though, considering the barrier of background and culture. It really takes more than “talking” to transform a national team, especially when past matches have changed fans’ perspectives.
The team’s last performances have left fans remembering when they used to get recognized as a dominant force on the international stage. However, do you think USMNT players can adopt the change Mauricio is talking about?
Mauricio Pochettino has fired back at critics, switching minds. According to his interview with the Men in Blazers podcast, “Sometimes people want to talk about philosophy, about ideas. His focus on building a champion mentality among players has been a key factor in his success as a coach.
