Soccer is very cruel sometimes. Chelsea and Todd Boehly are finding this fact the very hard way. While Arsenal and Manchester City are making quick work of every team they are facing, Chelsea is going through a very rough phase. Despite signing what seems like every player they could sign, Chelsea is sitting still in 9th place.

The injury-riddled team is struggling so much that the team has only won one match in the last five they have played. This Premier League season was special in so many ways. However, historically, this would be on the list of the worst seasons for Chelsea. The struggles are very apparent and now fans are having a field day trolling the owner.

Leeds United is also among the dark horses of the league but in an opposite way. The pseudo-USMNT is just one bad day away to fall into the relegation zone. Well, they are making efforts as they have recently acquired yet another USMNT star Weston McKennie. The real impact of this signing will be apparent in the coming days.

Soccer fans are trolling Todd Boehly

After spending an insane fortune on the team just this season, Todd must be crying his eyes out internally. He had gone on a spending spree, signing deals left, right, and center while hijacking Arsenal bids. Even after so many deals, the team’s fate seems to not even move a little. Here are some fan reactions after Chelsea’s match yesterday.

Todd Boehly had spent more than 600 million USD this season on Chelsea, because of injuries and quite frankly some because of their habit of hoarding players. However, the team isn’t showing any sign of improvement as Chelsea struggled to the shock of every fan against a much weaker Fulham. On paper, this team can do wonders, but Todd can only sit and watch as fans have a field day trolling him on Twitter.

Although Chelsea has signed many notable names this season. The biggest one has to be the young player of the tournament from FIFA World Cup 2022.

Chelsea Signed Enzo Fernandez

The rumors of this deal started from the beginning of the transfer window. However, the magnitude of this deal was bigger than fans expected. It came at a time when Todd Boehly had already signed so many players that it’s getting harder for the fans to keep track.
