While there has been no comment on the kind of injury the Brazilian is suffering. Jorge confirmed that the player will miss out on the team’s upcoming training sessions. Al Hilal coach Jorge Jesus, while addressing the fans, had this to say about Neymar’s addition to the squad.
“Neymar is an innovative and creative player. He will help us to improve, but he has a slight injury now and I don’t know when he will return. Maybe he will be ready in mid-September.”
It will be interesting to see how long Neymar takes to make his debut in Al Hilal colors. The team has made some tremendous signings in the ongoing transfer window and will hope that Neymar can take to the field as early as possible.
Al Hilal bolster their squad with top names across Europe
While all Saudi sides have done great business when it comes to the summer transfer window, Al Hilal takes the cake. The side has made some great signings with the team securing Serej Milenkovic Savic and Rúben Neves, who were under the radar of multiple European outfits.

Apart from the two rock-solid midfielders, the team has also secured the signing of Aleksandar Mitrovic, who has been the driving force behind Fulham’s attack for years. With the addition of Neymar Jr. to their attack, Al Hilal could pose big issues to any defense in the league.
The team has also managed to sign Yassine Bounou from Sevilla to hold the posts. Former Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly has also joined the side after a lackluster spell with the Blues and will be looking to get back his old touch. With some great additions to their squad, Al Hilal could be the top contender for the Saudi Pro League title this season.
