Recently, in an Instagram video, Katia Aveiro opened up about her current health conditions saying she has “respiratory limitations”. This is a result of her being hospitalized due to Covid-19 in July 2021. Aveiro discussed the impact of the virus and revealed that she still suffers from its effects.

“I still have sequels since that time,” Aveiro revealed. “I decided now, after some time, not to have that as an excuse – which is a real excuse, I had some sequels in my lungs”. Despite these limitations, she has taken a sensible approach to her daily routine. This is where Ronaldo’s advice to her really comes in handy, as the soccer legend has urged her to train.

“There’s something my brother told me: ‘It’s been 20 minutes, it’s better than nothing,” she said, talking about her return to training. Aveiro, however, continued and insisted on doing her exercises her own way. She said, “The important thing is to know my limits and strive to do more and better”.

Ronaldo’s advice is pretty straightforward. Training a little bit is a lot more than not training at all.
