It is not necessary that fusing two of the best things can result in a stick of dynamite. Such is the story of two of the most talented players of this generation. Remember when Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe were inseparable, scoring goals together and celebrating? However, times have changed so dramatically that Mbappe chose to stay apathetic regarding Neymar recently. But this time, he did not miss an opportunity to greet his fellow teammate after his exit.
From friendship on the field to wanting to get rid of one of them, the story between Kylian and Neymar escalated quickly. They both started playing for PSG at approximately the same time. Nonetheless, looks like another OG who left the club would be missed by Mbappe.

PSG did not have a reputation for being the best side in Europe but managed to gather some famous players in the past. Lately, its recent longest-serving player has bid adieu to the club, which made Mbappe emotional. Mbappe could not stop but express appreciation through his Instagram story. Mbappe wrote, “An exceptional player and person. To have had the privilege of being at your side all these years has been an immense pleasure. Your time here will never be forgotten or overlooked. One of the best players I’ve ever seen. THANK YOU, my friend. I will miss you very much.”
Yes, this was for his ex-teammate and midfielder Marco Verratti, who has left the club after 11 years.
PSG has already declared that it moved on from him and is seeking other plans which prompted the Italian to move to another challenge. Mbappe acknowledged that Verratti was a very important player for PSG during his time and also dubbed him the best midfielder in the world.
Even though Verratti wanted Kylian to extend his contract a year ago, looks like destiny had different plans.

Kylian Mbappe has yet to acknowledge Neymar’s exit
Although it started pretty, the past year and a half saw Neymar and Mbappe’s friendship decline. The intensity of the conflict looks high, as Mbappe has not even addressed Neymar’s exit from the club to date. With Lionel Messi’s arrival, things got even more complex as Mbappe started to distance himself from Neymar. The Parisian, although was not a great friend of Messi, still managed to leave a message of high regard for him. However, it may seem like he chose to ignore the Brazilian forward, at least on Social Media by the looks of it.
Kylian Mbappe declined to extend his contract with PSG. It appears like this led the club to take drastic measures, at least on the team front. If spoken a year ago, no one would have believed Verratti to move out of his 11-year-old club. But today he left the club even before unsure Mbappe.
