Irina started receiving a lot of hate on social media. She started losing her identity as the media reported her as Cristiano Ronaldo’s ex-girlfriend. Fed up with this treatment, she finally issued a bold statement asking fans to unfollow her if they only knew her as Cr7’s ex-girlfriend. Within 24 hours; the supermodel lost a whopping 11 million followers from her Instagram; which accounted for nearly 75% of her total follower count.

Shifting the focus back to the sporting world, the start of the new campaign hasn’t been easy for Cristiano Ronaldo. Al Nassr started off their pre-season with two impressive wins against Alverca and Farense. However, as soon as they started dueling against European teams; their performance dipped massively.
