Alex Morgan hailed Lionel Messi

When asked about her favorite player during her visit, she praised the Argentine talisman, Lionel Messi. Morgan said, “Leo Messi is the best in the world. Unfortunately, tonight, I didn’t get to see him score a goal in person. However, he has scored many goals in his lifetime and, being a forward, I admire him, and I love to watch him play. So, tonight was something special for me.”

She was in the stadium to watch the game between Barcelona and Deportivo La Coruna. Barcelona emerged winners in the game 4-0. The Wave forward met and talked to the Barcelona players like Thomas Vermaelen, Gerard Pique, and Paulinho. She also posed with former president Josep Bartomeu before the game.
