Using this, Tuchel warned Manchester United, pointing out their weaknesses, saying, “I analyze them; I see a lot of individual quality, and I also see many, many good things. But it can happen like they seem completely in the driver’s seat, like in Istanbul, and some minutes are enough to shake the whole thing up.”

The Red Devils drew a sitter against Galatasaray after losing a 2-goal advantage. The comic mistakes of the goalkeeper, Andre Onana, led them to shoot their own foot, canceling all the hard work by the forwards. Significantly, the tables have turned as Tuchel remains confident of a solid showing.

The former Chelsea manager expected superior standards. He said, “I see the same kind of vulnerability in both teams. Things can happen.” However, his team hardly stepped up this season except for their recent disaster. On the other hand, United even lost 3-0 at home to Bournemouth, opening them up completely. But Manchester United will still hope to do their best to qualify despite their sketchy chances.
