Erling Haaland is known for his insane productivity in soccer. One of the highest goal scorers of 2023 will be entering 2024 with some exciting news. Well, given the fame and impact he has created, it’s time for the next-generation wizard to channel his stardom into a brand. The Norwegian star is now set to brand out his initials. Notably, his application was rejected for a surprising reason the first time, six months ago, according to reports.
Many players have used their fame in soccer to venture out into business. Stars like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi already run huge brands with their names, CR7 and the Messi store. And now the 23-year-old is all set to join the club.

The Norwegian star has already made a few partnerships with appliances and fashion giants Midea and Dolce & Gabbana. Now he wants to build his trademark with the initials EBH, according to The Sun. Haaland is expected to launch a wide range of goods, including clothing. The 23-year-old is already famous for wearing silk pajamas and is expected to use PJs as a source of attraction.
Earlier in June, Haaland was denied an opportunity to trademark his name. A lesser-known individual with the same name successfully trademarked ‘Erling Haaland,’ much to the surprise of the soccer star. However, this time Haaland seemed to have planned it better to come up with a unique name.
The star has also planned to patent various products like personalized soap, deodorant, perfume, computer games, mobile phones, smart watches, jewelry, umbrellas, drink bottles, sunglasses, yoga balls, and sweatpants. The striker has already patented his signature and the lotus goal celebration, joining players like Gareth Bale.
Haaland had a great 2023, despite some major disappointments. The star was considered the favorite to win the Ballon d’Or after his monstrous performance helped Manchester City win the treble this year. The player has also been suffering an injury to his ankle, keeping him away from the pitch. Consequently, the player missed the FIFA Club World Cup despite traveling with the team. Nevertheless, Pep Guardiola is positive that the Norwegians will be fine for the upcoming game.
