One of the most influential soccer players in USWNT history, Alex Morgan, could not win the FIFA Best Women’s Player award. Instead, it went to Barcelona’s Alexia Putellas, who won for the second straight year. She is one of the best soccer players in the world. Therefore, her victory did not come as a surprise as she defeated Morgan and Beth Mead. However, American fans wanted her to prove her worth during the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Morgan makes FIFA Women’s World 11
The Women’s World 11 is incredible this time, as many players got their spotlight. The goalkeeper is Christiane Endler, while the defense consists of Lucy Bronze, Mapi Leon, Wendie Renard, and Leah Williamson. Moving into the midfield, Lena Oberdorf, the best Women’s player Alexia Putellas, and Manchester City’s Keira Walsh.
Morgan makes her way in the forward line along with Sam Kerr and Beth Mead. It is one of the best-assembled line-ups in recent times. Therefore, Morgan would probably have her sights set on the World Cup now. Hopefully, she can make it count where it matters.
