As reported by renowned soccer journalist Fabrizio Romano on X, the Saudi Pro League is mooting a swift move to secure the services of Bayern Munich and Germany forward Thomas Muller.

According to Romano’s tweet on X, Saudi League COO Carlo Nohra said, “Thomas Müller to Saudi as free agent in 2024? Why not? That would be my answer to you….There’s absolutely no reason why anyone is off the market, anyone that can add value and quality to the league would be welcome”,

Muller’s record for Bayern speaks for itself with 215 goals in 640 games for the German heavyweights with 144 of those goals coming in the Bundesliga and 53 in the UEFA Champions League. He is widely regarded as one of Germany’s most lethal strikers in the country’s history. However, he hasn’t surpassed the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo has nearly three times more international goals as compared to Muller, after netting his 124th and 125th goals for Portugal last night against Slovakia.
